MEET THE FOUNDER

Caley Logsdon

Caley Logsdon, M.A.  (she/they) founded Transcend Learning Consultants to bridge a gap she saw across industries: organizations with critical learning needs but without the infrastructure, expertise, or systems to build training that actually works. With a Master’s degree in Leadership in Student Affairs—grounding her expertise in learning theory, adult development, and educational design—and a background spanning healthcare, cannabis, and social impact sectors, Caley brings both learning science expertise and operational experience that goes beyond theory.

As the former Director of Learning & Development at a Federally Qualified Health Center, she built workforce systems that navigated complex credentialing requirements, retention challenges, and compliance demands. As Director of Talent Development for a cannabis company, she designed leadership pipelines, compliance training programs, and competency frameworks for an industry scaling without established workforce standards—experiencing firsthand how rapid growth without formal training infrastructure creates leadership gaps, quality control issues, and regulatory risk.

Caley specializes in designing learning solutions that solve real problems: credentialing systems that prevent compliance exposure, onboarding programs that build retention from day one, competency frameworks that scale validation, and mission-driven curricula that prove outcomes to funders and policymakers. She also brings deep expertise in learning technology and emerging innovations, including artificial intelligence (AI), helping organizations leverage modern tools to streamline workforce development. As the founder of Transcend Learning Consultants, Caley is passionate about creating learning systems that are modern, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals—ensuring that organizations not only invest in learning but see real returns from it.
