Scaling Social Impact Through AI Adoption

Transcend Learning Consultants collaborated with Ascend Impact Advisors, Social Enterprise Greenhouse, and Rhode Island Commerce to design and deliver the AI Capacity Catalyst—a program making artificial intelligence more accessible to the organizations driving positive change in Rhode Island. We created an applied curriculum, facilitation guides, and workshops focused on helping nonprofits and small businesses use AI to strengthen their missions, streamline operations, and reach more people. Over six sessions, 33 ventures built practical prototypes tailored to real community needs and presented them at a statewide innovation showcase. The program accelerates responsible AI adoption, ensuring social impact organizations aren’t left behind in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
